Here's what to do if you want to return something.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 (fourteen) days. If 14 (fourteen) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately no refund or exchange will be offered.

Items that have been personalized with a client's details or name can unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your garment product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Preparing your products for a return

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

  1. Inform TWEE vellies of your intend to return your purchase at info@tweevellies.co.za
  2. Prepare the package for shipping and at your cost return the package to:
    TWEE vellies, Shop 38 G Fountains Mall Fountains Estate, Jeffreys Bay, 6330
  3. include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

** Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards

If any repairs are made to a shoe, which is not endorsed by TWEE vellies, we can unfortunately not exchange or refund the shoes whatsoever. Any foreign substances, including but not limited to glues, resins found during a manufacturer's inspection will result in the customer being liable for the costs of sending the shoes from them to the manufacturer and back.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tweevellies.co.za and send your item to

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to exchange it for another size and it is within the 14 days return period, you are more that welcome to do so, however the courier back to TWEE vellies will be for your account. We will cover the cost to send the replacement back to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an EFT will be made to the bank account of your choosing within a reasonable amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@tweevellies.co.za

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
